 Modernization of Digital Land Records in India (DILRMP) 

The National Land Records Modernization Programme (NLRMP), now known as the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP), was modified to modernize the country's land records system by combining two centrally sponsored programs for computerizing land records (CLR) and strengthening revenue administration and updating land records (SRA&ULR). The Cabinet gave its blessing to the DILRMP on August 21, 2008. 

 The program was launched with a technical workshop held on September 24–25, 2008, in New Delhi, which was attended by officials from the states' departments of revenue and registration. 

 The ultimate objective of the NLRMP is to replace the nation's current presumptive title system with a definitive titling system with title assurance. 

 Progress accomplished financially and physically under the DILRMP:

Sub-Divisional Data Centre Creation: Of the Rs. 32.25 lakh provided by the Indian government, Rs. 31.85 lakh was used to establish 32 sub-divisional data centers, one in each of the 30 civil sub-divisions and two in the Sadar sub-divisions of the State. 

Creation of NLRMP Cell: Of the 147.05 lakh rupees that the Indian government allotted for this purpose, 103.79299 lakh rupees have been used as of this writing for the purchase of modern survey equipment, library books, training materials, consumables, infrastructure upgrades, management costs, board and lodging for trainees, etc. for the establishment of the NLRMP Cell at the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre in Dakhingaon, Guwahati. 

Establishing a Modern Record Room: Of the Rs. 1415.625 lakh provided by the Indian government, Rs. 1400.00 lakh has been approved for the first phase of the establishment of 56 Modern Record Rooms at chosen Circle Offices around the State, and Rs. 1093.81703 lakh has been used thus far.

A new digital portal for land records called Bhulekh - All Land Record has been launched. the State Revenue Council of Government. All duties relating to the record of land, such as the Khatauni system, Jamabandi, etc., were completed manually on paper before the introduction of Bhulekh - All Land Record. However, the state government has now digitized all of the state's land record activities. 

You can use this app as a guide to search all state's land records. People can also obtain basic information about state-related Lagan, State Land Records, State Stamp Registration, and State Bhunaksha.

Interconnectivity between Revenue offices: Of the Rs. 540.75 lakh released by the Govt. of India, Revenue and D.M. Department, Rs. 540.75 lakh has been sanctioned for the connectedness of 143 Revenue offices throughout the State through BSNL. Furthermore, an amount of Rs. 405.48709 lakh has been released as an advance payment to the implementing authority-BSNL for an early start of the work.
